Katie McKay

Katie McKay has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Katie is currently working at Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc. as the Director of Medical Policy, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Network Solutions & Integration Coordinator at the same company from April 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc., Katie worked at Centene Corporation as a Clinical Manager from December 2019 to April 2022.

Their earlier experience includes working at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare, where they held two roles. Katie was the UM Development Manager from May 2017 to November 2019, and prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Ops Quality Specialist from October 2015 to May 2017.

Katie McKay obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Katie also earned the certification of Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the North Carolina Social Work Certification & Licensure Board in November 2012.
