Kristen S.

Kristen S. currently serves as the Director of Value-Based Programs at Carolina Complete Health Network, Inc., a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Director of Health System Innovation & Advocacy at the North Carolina Medical Society from April 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included building relationships and developing strategic policies to enhance health outcomes in North Carolina. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Value-Based Health Care at the North Carolina Medical Society, Practice Manager II at UNC Physicians Network, and Director of Center Operations at Lifesigns, among others. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
