Andrew Apple

Andrew Apple, O.D. joined Carolina Eye Associates in 2012. He specializes in primary eye care and surgical co-management. His specialty covers the medical treatment of diseases and disorders affecting the eyes and pre- and post-op patient care management

Dr. Apple attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. where he majored in Biology. He received his doctor of optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. He completed externships at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, The James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Johnson City, TN. and Carolina Eye Associates in Pinehurst, NC. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and North Carolina Optometric Society.

Dr. Apple is a Moore County native and lives in Pinehurst with his wife Nicole and two daughters, Madison and Amelia. He enjoys fishing and going to Sunset Beach, NC.A
