Ken Pressley

Ken Pressley has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and maintenance fields since 1997. Ken began as an Electrical/Controls Manager at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. in 1997 before becoming a Maintenance Electrical Engineer at Hitachi Electronics Devices in 2000. In 2001, they moved to Honeywell CPG as a Plant Electrical Engineer, then to Spartanburg Steel Products as a Maintenance Engineer in 2004. In 2006, Ken became a Senior Automation and Controls Engineer at Nutra Manufacturing and a Senior Facilities Supervisor at Draexlmaier Automotive of America in 2011. Ken then worked as a Production Engineering Manager at Kobelco Construction Machinery USA, Inc. from 2015 to 2020, before taking on the role of Plant Engineer at PBI Performance Products, Inc. in 2020. Ken currently serves as Maintenance Manager at Carolina Foods, Inc.

Ken Pressley obtained their Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Central Piedmont Community College in 1991-1993. Ken then attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1993-1995, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering Technology. In 2001-2004, Pressley attended the University of South Carolina Spartanburg and earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science. In 2019-2020, they attended Western Governors University and earned their Master of Science Management & Leadership. Additionally, Pressley obtained their Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute in July 2015 and their Six Sigma Greenbelt from Honeywell GPG.
