Tim Versprille has a long and distinguished career in the military and in the private sector. Tim began their career in 1999 as a Supervisor at Lexington Furniture. In 2001, they joined Whirlpool Corporation as a Department Manager and Lean Sigma Black Belt/Senior Value Management Specialist. In 2005, they became the General Manager of the Geneva Plant at The HON Company. In 2008, they moved to La-Z-Boy as a Senior Project Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. In 2013, they joined Denovo Ventures LLC as a Senior Manufacturing Consultant. In 2017, they became a Senior Business Analyst at Environmental Solutions Group. In 2018, they took on the role of BOS-I Commander, Colonel, US Army – Combined Joint Task Force at Taji Military Complex - US Army. In 2020, they became the Information Technology Manager at Carolina Foods, Inc. and in 2021 they joined the US Army Reserves as a Colonel, G37, 87th Training Division.
Tim Versprille obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science (MS) in Management from the University of Maryland between 2011 and 2014. In October 2014, they were certified as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Certified Implementation Specialist by Oracle. In May 2005, they were certified as a LeanSigma Black Belt by Maytag.
