Rachel Anderson is a facilitator in restorative practices with experience in various educational settings. Rachel is the founder of To Resolution, LLC, providing consulting services for communities affected by conflict and trauma. Rachel has also worked with Peaceful Schools NC and Carolina Friends School in developing programs focused on healthy relationships and prevention of sexual abuse. With a background in teaching and educational leadership, Rachel has a strong commitment to supporting students and promoting positive school culture.
