Julius Abernethy

Julius Abernethy, MBA has extensive work experience in various organizations. Julius is currently serving as a Board Member at EveryAge since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Carolina Mills Inc. from January 2017, holding the position of Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Board. In this role, they collaborated with the CEO and Board Members to resolve operational barriers, implemented budgetary audit reporting, and ensured compliance with legal and fiduciary practices.

Prior to that, Julius served as the Executive Vice President at Carolina Glove Company from December 2012. During their tenure, they successfully interpreted sales forecasts into operational budgets, implemented effective sales strategies resulting in significant growth in new leads and exceeded sales goals. Julius also managed a large territory and utilized sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

From October 2014 to October 2022, Julius was the Advisory Council Chairman and Board Director at ABERNETHY LAURELS-UNITED CHURCH HOMES & SERVICES. In this capacity, they managed fundraising efforts, developed relationships, and collaborated with Board Members to address political issues.
