Kathryn Dudsak

Kathryn Dudsak has extensive work experience in payroll and benefits management. Kathryn started their career at Fast Retailing in 2013 as an HR Services Administrator and later took on roles as a Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Administrator. In 2015, they joined New York & Company as a Payroll Administrator before transitioning to Luxoft, where they worked as an HR Administrator, Senior HR Specialist/Payroll Lead, and HR Administration Manager. In 2019, they joined Puig, DRIES VAN NOTEN, and Carolina Herrera as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, Senior Manager, and later as the Director of Payroll & Benefits in all three companies.

Kathryn Dudsak pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2009 to 2012, they attended William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. During the same period, they also obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus on Women's, Gender's, and Cultural Studies. In 2009, they briefly studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, focusing on Spanish as a second language.
