Michael Harb has worked in various visual merchandising roles throughout their career. Michael began their career in 2004 as a Visual Manager for multiple brands at True Alliance, where they developed and created VM directives for multiple brand portfolios. Michael later joined Lacoste as a Field Visual Merchandiser, responsible for the visual merchandising ownership of Lacoste wholesale corners in several department stores. In 2009, they returned to True Alliance as a Visual / PR Showrooms Manager, overseeing complete visual merchandising management of True Alliance's showrooms. In 2015, they joined Carolina Herrera, initially as a Global Visual Merchandising Manager and eventually progressing to become the Senior Global Visual Merchandising Manager and Director of Global Visual Merchandising. Throughout their work experience, Harb has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to elevate brands' visual merchandising standards and develop consistent and considered approaches to brand presentation.

Michael Harb attended the International School of Colour and Design North Sydney in 2012, where they earned a Certificate Four in Colour and Design, focusing on the field of Design. Additionally, they pursued a Fashion Design Diploma at Raffles College of Design and Commerce from 1999 to 2000, with a specialization in Fashion/Apparel Design and Merchandising.
