Elizabeth Landry CEC is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Research Development at Carolina Ingredients since September 2023. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Research and Development Chef at Elite Spice Inc from July 2019 to September 2023 and contributed as an Assistant Production Manager at Taharka Brothers Ice Cream Corp from August 2022 to February 2023. Elizabeth's extensive background also includes roles such as Corporate Executive Chef at Fuchs North America and Corporate Sous Chef at The Schwan Food Company, where key contributions included developing consumer-friendly recipes, coordinating high-level events, and conducting industry trend research. Earlier, Elizabeth managed culinary operations as a Chef at Landmark Bistro and gained foundational experience as a Line Chef at La Belle Vie Restaurant and Porter and Frye. Elizabeth holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes International-Minnesota.
