Emily Egner has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Emily started as a Human Resources Intern at DRÄXLMAIER Group in 2018. After that, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Auriga Polymers Inc. In 2019, they joined DRÄXLMAIER Group again, this time as a Training and Development Specialist. Later in 2020, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Tekna Fill, Inc. Recently, in 2022, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at American Credit Acceptance, and currently, they hold the position of Director of Recruiting at Carolina Legal Staffing.
Emily Egner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2019. Emily is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Professional Leadership at Converse University, with an expected completion date in 2024. Emily also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the DRÄXLMAIER Group.
