Amanda Strott

Amanda Strott is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in mental health and community support. Currently serving as an Intake Coordinator and clinician for Carolina Outreach, LLC since May 2018, Amanda has previously held roles such as Research Assistant at UNC School of Social Work, where efforts focused on criminal justice and specialty mental health programs. Previous experience includes internships at the University of North Carolina Memorial Hospital's Infectious Disease Clinic and the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health, where Amanda provided counseling and case management services. Early volunteer work at CooperRiis, along with roles in public relations and fundraising for various organizations, showcases a commitment to community engagement and support. Amanda holds a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and dual degrees in Marketing and Psychology from James Madison University.
