Kaleb Leach

Kaleb Leach is a seasoned professional in the sports and business development sectors, currently serving as a Northeast & International Area Scout for the Carolina Panthers since July 2022, focusing on evaluating college athletes and identifying international talent. Previously, Kaleb was a Scouting Assistant for the Panthers and held the position of Area Scout for the NFL International Player Pathway program in Europe. As President and Co-Owner of 1st Look Sports, Kaleb oversees event operations and marketing, while also directing social media and events for American Football International. Additional experience includes roles in business development with AVRAME OÜ and as a professional athlete in Germany and Austria. Kaleb's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Fine Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from the University of Toronto.
