Ken Harrill is an experienced mascot coordinator with a strong background in community relations and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Mascot Coordinator for the Carolina Panthers since 2004, Ken is responsible for coordinating all mascot appearances, developing school programs, and enhancing fan experiences. Prior to this role, Ken worked as the Community Relations/Mascot Coordinator for the Charlotte Knights Baseball from March 2008 to March 2012, where duties included planning mascot-related community nights and designing mascot characters. Additionally, Ken has experience as a Civil Designer at Henson Design, Inc. from January 2008 to April 2010, where responsibilities encompassed site development plans, erosion control plans, storm system design, grading plans, demolition plans, and utility plans. Ken's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2007, and a high school diploma from Providence High School.
