Morgan Abdalla

Morgan Abdalla has extensive experience in ticket sales and customer service, currently serving as a Ticket Sales Coordinator and Account Executive for the Carolina Panthers since July 2019. Responsibilities include selling group tickets, PSLs, and corporate hospitality packages, as well as developing client relationships and providing specialized customer service. Prior to this, Morgan served as Manager and Social Media Marketer at Carolina Apparel from May 2013 to June 2019, where duties involved training staff, managing social media content, and overseeing customer service. Additionally, an internship at the Durham Performing Arts Center provided experience in ticketing and patron relations. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from East Carolina University, emphasizing interpersonal and organizational communication.
