Ashlee Swilling, ENP, CPE

Ashlee Swilling, ENP, CPE has over 15 years of professional experience, beginning with their role as Financial Service Rep at Alltell in 2005. In 2006, they joined Whitfield County Emergency Services as a Senior Telecommunicator, where they were responsible for making schedules, updating resource books, completing routine equipment maintenance and checks, and acting as supervisor in the absence of a Shift Supervisor. In 2013, they became the 911 Operations Manager at Whitfield County E911, and then in 2015, they were promoted to Deputy Director at Whitfield County 911. In 2017, they joined CentralSquare Technologies as a Manager Account Management, 911 Market Specialist, and Solutions Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as Director of Sales at Carolina Recording Systems, LLC. Additionally, since 2011, they have owned their own business, Peacock Candles LLC, where they hand pours high quality candles for everyone to enjoy.

Ashlee Swilling obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Dalton State College between 2009 and 2015. Ashlee then obtained an Associate of Arts in Communication, General from Dalton State College between 2009 and 2012. In 2016, Ashlee Swilling completed their Master of Public Administration from Georgia College & State University. In addition, Ashlee Swilling has obtained certifications from LinkedIn and professional certifications from APCO International and NENA: The 9-1-1 Association. These certifications include Gmail Quick Tips (2022), Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success (2021), Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up (2021), Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE) (2017), and Emergency Number Professional (ENP) (2021).
