Holly J. Williams, CPE, RPL, ENP, CMCP, has extensive work experience in the field of emergency communications. Holly J. began their career in 2006 as an E911 Communications Officer at Quantico Fire & Emergency Services, working there for over 13 years. In 2019, they joined Orange County Emergency Communications Center, where they served as an E911 Communications Supervisor, Agency Training Coordinator, and eventually as the Training Coordinator.
Since 2020, they have also been involved with APCO International in various roles. Holly J. has served as an Adjunct Instructor, Facilitator for RPL, Agency Instructor for Communications Center Supervisor, Agency Instructor for Communications Training Officer, and Agency Instructor for Public Safety Telecommunicator. Additionally, they have been a part of the Professional Development & Events Committee, Editorial Committee, and Awards Committee.
In 2023, they joined Carolina Recording Systems, LLC as a Sales Account Manager.
Holly J. Williams, CPE, RPL, ENP, CMCP has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained their General Education Diploma from Chancellor High School. Later, Holly attended Germanna Community College and completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2012. Holly J. furthered their education by attending the University of Mary Washington and completing a Leadership Development Certification Program in 2014. Currently, Holly is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at The University of Alabama, with an expected completion in 2023.
