Lydia Turgeon

Lydia Turgeon serves as a Business Solutions Officer at the Carolina Small Business Development Fund since February 2023, focusing on the success of small businesses. Previously, Lydia held the position of Vice President at The State Bank Group from June 2022 to October 2022. Before that, roles included Vice President of Commercial Lending at West Suburban Bank/Old Second National Bank from February 2020 to May 2022, and Vice President Commercial Loan Officer at Prairie Community Bank from November 2016 to February 2020. Lydia also served as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at First Community Bank from May 2007 to November 2016, and worked as a Commercial Loan Officer at Elgin State Bank from 2001 to 2007. Starting in 1993, Lydia gained experience in commercial lending at American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago until 2001.
