Carolina Small Business Development Fund is a statewide nonprofit and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that fosters economic development in underserved communities by providing capital, business services, and policy research to support small businesses. Since 1990, Carolina Small Business Development Fund has offered services to create economic opportunities for individuals, families, and entrepreneurs throughout North Carolina.
