Lynn Fail

Lynn Fail is a seasoned Physical Therapist with extensive experience in both clinical and administrative roles. Currently serving at Carolina Therapy Services Inc. since August 2020, Lynn previously worked at Premier Therapy Services from October 2013 to August 2020. Prior to that, a travel physical therapist role included positions at Bella Vista Health Center and Parkview Healthcare Center, and Lynn also gained experience as a travel physical therapist with CompHealth from October 2012 to August 2013. Earlier in the career, Lynn was with Intergro Rehab Services for nearly six years, serving as the Assistant Director of Rehab in a skilled nursing facility and briefly as Interim Director. Lynn holds a Master of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from North Carolina State University.
