David Zylka

David Zylka has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. David served as the Chief Technology Officer at Carolina West Wireless and Revol Wireless. As the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Network Operations at iPCS Wireless, they were responsible for network expansion and deployment projects. David also served as the Chief Technology Officer/Vice President of Engineering, IT, and Operations at Ubiquitel, where they oversaw the design and operation of CDMA wireless networks. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President RF and Network Engineering at Frontier Communications, where they led the expansion and new technology engineering of cellular networks. Earlier in their career, David worked at Comcast as the Vice President of Engineering, where they developed and executed network growth plans and oversaw the digital network deployment. David also served in the US Army as a Major.

David Zylka attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at Golden Gate University from 1987 to 1989, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management.
