Jennifer Wiggs

Jennifer Wiggs is currently the Manager of Human Resources at CarolinaEast Health System. In their role, Jennifer leads HR operations for the Health System, managing a team of HR staff and overseeing employee relations, HRIS, compensation, benefits, onboarding, and administrative support. Prior to this position, Jennifer served as the Director of Human Resources at Lechris Health System and held roles at ReStart Behavioral Healthcare. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration degree from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mount Olive.
