Emergency Services

The Emergency Services team at CarolinaEast Health System is dedicated to providing rapid and comprehensive care to patients in urgent and life-threatening situations. This team, consisting of shift supervisors, field training officers (FTOs), transportation supervisors, and deputy chiefs, ensures efficient emergency medical response, oversees training and education, and manages day-to-day operations to maintain high standards of patient care and safety in the New Bern and coastal Carolina region.
