The Information Technology team at Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the technological framework of the credit union. Led by the Chief Technology Officer, the team ensures robust cybersecurity measures overseen by the IT Security Analyst, maintains cloud and infrastructure systems managed by the Cloud and Infrastructure Administrator, and optimizes overall system performance with the expertise of the Systems Analyst. Their collective efforts are pivotal in safeguarding member data, supporting efficient operations, and fostering technological innovation.
