My vision is gender equity in tech, and my mission is to increase gender diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in Tech. I do this by: 1. Supporting womxn to show up and be the best version of themselves at work and in life. 2. Empowering womxn and organisations to break down systems that maintain inequalities. 3. Raising awareness and educating more widely to change societal attitudes Products & services: - 1:1 and group coaching in career transitions, product management, and leadership - Support for neurodivergent women - Speaking on these topics: gender bias, ageism, neurodiversity, inclusive leadership, building great products and teams - Writing via my own and guest blogs, and industry publications - Community building
