Emily Clements

Emily Clements is a Reuse Innovation Manager at Carollo Engineers, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Emily served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Southern Nevada Water Authority, focusing on quantitative microbial risk assessment and machine learning applications for water quality. Emily's academic background includes a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where doctoral research involved modeling water residence time and implementing strategies to reduce microbial risks in plumbing systems. Additionally, Emily gained instructional experience as a course instructor and teaching assistant, and previously worked in various roles, including entrepreneurial lead at Innovation Park at Notre Dame and program assistant for a study abroad program. Emily possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, both obtained from the University of Notre Dame.
