Rashi Gupta

Rashi Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in wastewater and biosolids processes, currently serving as Wastewater Practice Director, Senior Vice President, and Senior Project Manager at Carollo Engineers since October 2003. In this role, Rashi leads biosolids technology integration and oversees projects from initial planning through design, construction, and startup, with a focus on practical applications in biosolids treatment and resource recovery. Prior experience includes serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kenya from June 2001 to August 2003, where Rashi contributed to community work in AIDS education and environmental rehabilitation. An earlier internship at the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County involved landfill operations and recycling initiatives. Rashi holds a Master of Science in Engineering, specializing in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
