Bonnie Brunckhorst PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at CAROLTON CHRONIC & CONVALESCENT HOSPITAL, INC. and Bridgeport Hospital since 2017 and 2021 respectively, Bonnie also serves as an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University and works with Jewish Senior Services. Prior roles include student physical therapist positions at Yale New Haven Hospital, State University of New York Upstate Medical University, University Health, and Griffin Hospital, where Bonnie gained experience across diverse patient populations and clinical settings.
