Elizabeth Kiser's work experience starts in 2004 at CaroMont Health, where they have held various roles including Director of Operations for the Medical Specialty Service Line, Interim Senior Practice Administrator, Practice Administrator, Practice Manager, Site Coordinator at CaroMont Heart, and Quality Improvement & Education Analyst. In 2016, they became a Notary Public through the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State. In 2020, they completed certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera and The Challenges of Global Health from Duke University | Coursera.
