LeAnn Davies, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Caron Treatment Centers since February 2014, LeAnn oversees recruitment strategies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with laws during onboarding processes. Previously, LeAnn held the role of Human Resources Manager at Spinal Concepts, where the position was established to manage all HR functions and government compliance for the medical device company. In earlier roles, LeAnn managed HR for three boutique hotels under Meyer Jabara Hotels and worked as a Staffing Specialist at Chris Talarico & Associates.
