Eric Rodriguez has a diverse work experience background. Eric began their career as a Sales Associate at FREEDOM WIRELESS LLC in 2009 and continued in a similar role at Clearwire Communications LLC from 2010 to 2011. Eric then worked as a Sales Executive at Tower Wireless LTD. in 2011. In 2013, they became a Business Owner at ABCellular until 2016. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Addictions Counselor at Retreat Premier Addiction Treatment Centers. In 2015, they transitioned to become a Transplant Social Worker at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, a role they held until 2016. Since 2016, they have been employed at Caron Treatment Centers, initially as a Behavioral Health Specialist II and currently as the Education Resource Director.

Eric Rodriguez holds a Master's degree in Social Work, which they obtained from Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution between 2012 and 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Eric obtained the title of Licensed Master Social Worker from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in July 2021. Eric also obtained the certification for a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor from the PENNSYLVANIA CERTIFICATION BOARD in July 2017.
