Caitlin Main

Caitlin Main is a seasoned educational professional currently serving as the Dean of Student Life & Wellness at Carondelet High School, where key responsibilities include co-leading the COVID Safety Task Force and overseeing campus safety protocols. As the Athletic Director, Caitlin Main manages a substantial team, including 15 direct reports and 55 staff members across 27 teams and 13 sports, and played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Carondelet Athletics Complex, a $20 million project. Prior experience includes Dean of 7th & 8th Grade and K-8 Director of Athletics at The Bentley School, where Caitlin Main implemented social/emotional learning initiatives and managed campus life, as well as a tenure as a Fitness & Wellness Teacher at The Archer School for Girls, where fitness curricula were updated to align with state standards. Caitlin Main holds a Master's degree in Teaching from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Pepperdine University.
