Stuart Browning has extensive experience in purchasing and category management within the retail and foodservice industries. Currently serving in a purchasing role at Caronlab Australia since September 2018, Stuart previously held the position of National Category Manager for Tobacco & Liquor at Metcash from 2010 to 2017, where responsibilities included product ranging for 16 Campbells sites and negotiating promotional deals with over 50 vendors. Stuart also served as a State Buyer for Foodservice during the same tenure, collaborating with vendors to negotiate trading terms and identify market trends.
