Chris Bloor

Chris Bloor has over 18 years of experience in the contractor payroll industry. Chris has worked in various roles, including internal and external sales, sales support, operational roles, and compliance-focused roles. Since 2016, they have been integral in supporting agency partners and their end clients with preparations for Off-payroll (IR35) legislation changes. Chris has extensive legislative knowledge and awareness, ensuring compliance for the Champion business while effectively supporting employees, clients, and recruitment businesses. Additionally, they have experience as a New Business Team Leader at Brookson and currently holds the position of Director of Compliance at Caroola.

Chris Bloor attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Birchwood Community High School and later studied at Priestley College.
