David Hagopian

David Hagopian is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business and employment litigation. Currently serving as a Partner and General Counsel at CDF Labor Law LLP since 2010, David specializes in complex business torts, unfair competition, false advertising, contract claims, securities, complex insurance coverage, and real estate litigation. Prior to this role, David was a Partner at Holdsworth & Hagopian from 2003 to 2010 and held positions as a Senior Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and an Associate at Latham & Watkins. David obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the USC Gould School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Classical Greek from UC Irvine.
