Barbara Balboni

Barbara Balboni is an experienced professional with a background in customer experience and technical services management. Barbara held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Experience at Nwn Carousel Industries from June 2014 until retirement in December 2023, overseeing customer advocacy and interactions. Prior to that, Barbara served as Technical Services Manager at Mr. Telephone, Inc. from 1987 to January 2014, leading a team for Avaya Communication Systems installations and support.
