James Aiello

James Aiello has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. James started their career as an Animal Rescue & Enforcement Officer III at Kitsap Humane Society from April 2006 to April 2010. James then worked as a Shelter Manager at Central Vermont Humane Society from July 2010 to November 2010. From May 2011 to August 2014, James served as a Technical Administrator at an undisclosed company, where they developed IT policies and procedures and documented support processes. James then transitioned to an Information Security Officer role from August 2014 to June 2018, where they implemented security programs and conducted risk assessments. From June 2018 to October 2019, James worked as a Convergence Supervisor, overseeing IT staff and providing support for complex technical issues. James then became a Manager - Business Systems from October 2019 to September 2021, leading internal help desk staff and executing business initiatives. Currently, James is the Director - Security Risk & Compliance at Carousel Industries, where they collaborate with leadership, implements security programs, and oversees risk assessments.

James Aiello attended East Catholic High School from 1996 to 2000. After graduating from high school, they went on to attend Salve Regina University from 2000 to 2004. At Salve Regina, they received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Administration of Justice.
