Rafael Acob

Rafael Acob has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an English Language Consultant at Timescore International Inc., where they engaged in oral communication and evaluated student writings. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Globe Telecom as a Process Expert, creating and improving processes for Globe Stores nationwide and performing system analysis and design. In 2014, Acob joined Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines Inc. as a Sales Process Coordinator, focusing on creating and documenting processes for Coca-Cola Sales nationwide. In 2015, they became an Assistant Market Manager at Agoda International Pte Ltd., where they acted as a business consultant for hotel partners, designed projects to boost production of partner hotels, and analyzed data to identify opportunities. From 2016 to 2019, Acob served as the Head of Operations at OLX Group, overseeing multiple departmental functions. Currently, Acob is the Head of Operations - Marketplace Experience at Carousell, a position they have held since 2019.

Rafael Acob attended De La Salle University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution during the same period.
