Randy Kuo

Randy Kuo is a seasoned business and growth manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving at Carousell Group since December 2021, Randy is responsible for leading the recommerce business model, managing P&L, and enhancing user experience through product and operations development. Previously, Randy was the Business Intelligence Manager at Pernod Ricard, where responsibilities included sales planning, market forecasting, and competition analysis. Randy also served as Deputy MD and Regional Commercial Director at honestbee, focusing on P&L management and stakeholder engagement. Earlier experience at DHL Express Taiwan spanned over thirteen years, where Randy held multiple positions including Commercial Planning & Research Manager, managing sales support functions and implementing customer-specific solutions. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from National Chengchi University.
