Jamie Loo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Regional Corporate M&A Counsel at Carousell Group since May 2022, Jamie previously held the position of Senior Legal Specialist at Maxis from February 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included identifying and analyzing legal risks and managing intellectual property related to branding and marketing. Earlier in the career as a Senior Associate at ZICO Law from November 2013 to January 2019, Jamie provided legal advisory and structuring support for high-value development projects and complex investment arrangements in real estate.
