Wilkins has a proven track record in building and leading successful teams. Bradford is passionate about developing people and creating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. Under their leadership, the "People and Experiences" function at [Loadsmart](/org/loadsmart) has grown significantly. Bradford is responsible for HR/Talent Acquisition, Sales Enablement, IT, Facilities and Business Process Optimization.

Gustavo began their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at EJCM. Gustavo then moved to Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2007, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Gustavo worked as a Software Engineer at [Globo.com](/org/globo-com). In 2012, they left [Globo.com](/org/globo-com) to work as a Software Engineer, Mobile, iOS at Quatix. Gustavo then left Quatix in 2013 to work as a Software Engineer, Mobile, iOS at Teckler until 2014. In 2014, Gustavo returned to [Globo.com](/org/globo-com) where they worked as a Software Engineer, Mobile, iOS until 2015. Finally, in 2015 they joined [Loadsmart](/org/loadsmart) as their VP of Engineering.

Gustavo Barbosa studied computer science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, graduating with a Bachelor of Science.
