Keith Oh

Keith Oh is an experienced product design leader with a robust background in human-centered design and technology. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Carousell since May 2018 and as Honorary Secretary for the Design Business Chamber Singapore since April 2019, Keith has shaped innovative user experiences across several organizations. Previous roles include Head of UX & Design at Viki, Inc., where product satisfaction was prioritized, and Design Lead at IDEO, focusing on human-centered strategies. Keith also contributed as a mentor at IMDA, promoting sustainability practices, and as a Project Manager at the Defence Science & Technology Agency, where a focus on design in engineering was championed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
