Michael-Brendan Ng

Michael-Brendan Ng is an experienced marketing and CRM professional with a diverse background in leading roles across various industries. Currently serving as the CRM Lead for Uber Eats in the APAC region since 2019 and as a CRM Manager at Carousell, Michael-Brendan has also held positions such as CRM Consultant at eClerx and Digital Marketing (Email) at Razer Inc., where responsibilities included email campaign performance management and data analysis for improved conversion rates. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Penhaligon's of London, where strategic marketing campaigns and corporate partnerships were developed, and multiple copywriting roles at MediaCorp Pte Ltd and Sparkfury, focusing on advertising across various media. Michael-Brendan started a career in sports marketing with Nike, promoting apparel and organizing events. Education was completed at the Singapore Institute of Management from 2005 to 2007.
