Yang Yan

Yang Yan has extensive experience in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. Currently serving as the lead strategic finance partner for Recommerce units at Carousell, Yang has successfully integrated multiple newly created or acquired entities. Previous roles include managing the acquisition process at Dentsu Aegis Network for digital assets across the APAC region, driving acquisition and divestment processes at Certis CISCO Singapore, and providing financial due diligence and audit services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Yang holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has furthered education through a fall exchange programme at the Haskayne School of Business.
