Gaurav Bhide

Gaurav Bhide, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Gaurav currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and FP&A at Alida, having previously held the role of Vice President in the same area. Prior to joining Alida, Gaurav was the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at OpenText, and before that, Gaurav worked at Bell as Associate Director of Corporate Strategy and M&A. Gaurav began a career at BMO Capital Markets, where Gaurav held positions as an Associate in Investment Banking and as a Summer Associate in Equity Research. Gaurav holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
