Ryan Allen is a seasoned entertainment professional with extensive experience in live event management and production. Currently serving as the Director of Live Entertainment at Carowinds, Ryan leads a team in the development and execution of various entertainment offerings, including immersive festivals and parades. Previous roles include Event Manager at Holland America Line, where oversight of programming for large cruise ships was essential, and Manager of Fundraising & Special Events at the American Diabetes Association, focusing on partnership growth and event planning.
