Victor Mitrofan

Victor Mitrofan has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as the VP of Finance at SC Carpatair SA since April 2005. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Deputy Director at the Center for Productivity and Competitiveness from January 2000 to March 2005, and also worked as Deputy Director at the Agency for Enterprise Restructuring and Assistance from September 1997 to December 2000. Victor's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Managerial Economics from Newport University, obtained between 1998 and 2000, as well as a Diploma in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Chisinau, Moldova, earned from 1992 to 1996.
