Alain Tayenne has held a variety of positions in the finance industry since 1990. Alain began their career as an Accountant at Mobil Plastics Europe in 1990. Alain then worked as an Accountant at Thomson Reuters (then Reuters Ltd) from 1993 to 1997. In 1997, they became the Finance Director at Axa Banque Luxembourg. From 1994 to 1999, they worked at Lombard International Assurance, where they held the position of Management Accountant. During this time, they also held the positions of Regional Manager, VP EMEA & APJ, and Chief Executive Officer at FRSGlobal. In 2007, they became the Business Development Manager EMEA at Thomson Reuters. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Director & General Manager Europe at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, they were the Co-owner & major shareholder, as well as the Director & Managing Partner, of TALK finance. During their time at TALK finance, they grew revenue by 55% over two years and multiplied the net margin by a factor of 10. Alain also established TALK finance as a Global Top 100 in the financial translation industry. From 2017 to present, they have been the Co-Founder & COO of CarPay-Diem (Kwalyo S.A.), where they have established the platform as an innovative payment platform for mobility services and mobile commerce.

Alain Tayenne's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg Hénallux, which they earned from 1985 to 1988. Alain also attended Ste-Anne Florenville from 1978 to 1985, where they earned a CESS in Économie. In 2004, they attended INSEAD for Executive Education. From 2016 to 2017, they earned a Master's Degree in Management et Administration des Entreprises from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School. Additionally, they earned a Global Executive MBA from Groupe IFG during the same time period.
