Kait Joven

Kait Joven has a diverse range of work experience. Kait started their career at Social Intelligence Corp as a Social Media Analyst and later became an Analyst Team Lead, managing a team of analysts and collaborating with other team leads to streamline procedures. Kait then joined Pacific Arts Movement as a Volunteer Manager, where they focused on volunteer recruitment and retention for events throughout the year. After that, they worked at Carpe Data as a Product Delivery Team Lead, managing the delivery of predictive scoring and data products for insurance companies. Kait later became the Manager of Product Delivery before assuming their current role as Director of Product Delivery. Additionally, they have experience in event management as the Guest Relations Department Co-Director at SacAnime, where they coordinated schedules and provided support for guests of honor. Overall, Kait has demonstrated expertise in product delivery, team management, volunteer coordination, and event support.

Kait Joven attended UC Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Language, with a focus on culture and society.
