Maddie Arends

Maddie Arends is a seasoned professional in business development and coaching, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Representative at Carpe Data since September 2023. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Shift Technology, culminating as Team Lead of Business Development for the Americas, and earlier positions at Techtronic Industries and Muirfield Village Golf Club. In addition to business development, Maddie holds coaching positions for girls' lacrosse teams in both the South-Western City School District and Dublin City Schools. As a Trustee Committee Member for the American Cancer Society, Maddie demonstrates commitment to community service. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
